All our fees are scheduled for uniformity, itemized, and are value based.  We request that all services be paid for at the time the service is received, unless prior arrangements are detailed and agreed to.  Should a financial problem arise, please let us know, as some equitable arrangement can usually be arrived at. Special arrangements have been made for Medicare, Workmans Compensation, and Medical Assistance patients.  HMO, PPO, and other service contract agreements are available.  Please ask about them at the front desk.
