Our office is open daily by appointment.  Unscheduled visits are seen on a time-available basis.Appointments are made up to six months in advance.  Should a conflict arise with your scheduled appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible to prevent the addition of a small missed appointment fee to your account.  If the patient is under age 19, or disabled, a parent or authorized guardian must be present with them at every office visit.
